Behind every successful venture there is a founder. The founder who has laid a solid foundation is Mr. M.R.Kumarswamy the secretary of this institution. Keeping in mind the various obstacles and barriers faced by the rural students in mastering the subjects he evolved a unique learning methodology by applying the principles of engineering to Pre – university education. He is a dynamic leader , a strategic visionary , a missionary par excellence and is consumed by innate opportunities presented in the education sector.

Mr.M.R.Kumarswamy is an educationist par excellence without any peers in the immediate neighbourhood. He is an epitome of invention , innovation and improvisation. He is eveready to chalk out programmes to bring out the best in his students. He dreams , breathes and lives for education. His motto is education for all. He is an M.Sc. holder in Geology. He started his educational venture in the Academic year 2007 -2008. He has never looked back since then. The institution is growing from strength to strength every year. To crown it all, he is a socialite and a very good human being.
